Program overview The Digital & Marketing Office encompasses two key business units with a purpose to build trust in the moments that matter for our customers, bankers, partners, and staff. We look after digital experiences for our consumer customers, delivering solutions and capability to meet their changing banking needs today and in the future. From strategy development, digital adoption, sales and service, exceptional product design and experience and risk and compliance - we work tirelessly to deliver simple, beautiful experiences for our customers.

Program structure 12 months: 3 x 4 month rotations
How it works As a graduate, you will learn and gain experience across all aspects of Digital Marketing from strategy, project delivery, and day-to-day operations. In your three rotations you will learn: Customer Research. Deeply understand our customers to enable the business to make better decisions that will positively influence outcomes. Solution and Capability Design. Build innovative, simple, and helpful experiences for both our customers and people. Project Delivery. Support program implementation, delivery, and help the business adopt new capabilities. Risk, Governance, and Security. Protect our customers and people from digital fraud and security. Insights and Customer Intelligence. Use data analytics to improve our customer's experience and solve their problems

Don’t just believe us, hear from our recent graduate. Phil, Digital Graduate Degree Studied: Bachelor Business and Environmental Biology What was a highlight of the graduate program? During my grad program I was given the opportunity to get involved in a hackathon, which an intensive 2 day think tank with the aim of solving a problem for the community. We came up with a solution to support elderly and ESL (English Second Language) customers empowering them to to do their day to day banking digitally via a simple mode in the app! We actually won, I was incredibly proud. What achievement are you most proud of? At the end of my second rotation, I was nominated for a Digistar award, a program that recognises excellence in the digital space. I was nominated for my efforts in creating a tool that could be used to determine the risk profile of customer communications. It was really satisfying to deliver something meaningful that people could actually use every day and it was an opportunity I hadn’t expected in grad program. What are you excited to get involved in after the grad program? I’ve just started a new role as a Digital Solutions Manager and I’m stoked to be working on customer problems, as well as thinking about the day to day roadblocks for the broader team and how we can help them.
